Join us for Silvermine Studio Art Camps
June 20-August 26, 2022
The Silvermine School of Art Summer Camp is back! Offering weeklong art camps for student’s ages 3-17. Silvermine provides extraordinary opportunities to learn from regionally and nationally known artists, all while meeting new friends and having fun on Silvermine’s 5-acre campus. Younger students will gain new competence; older students will deepen knowledge of technique and composition or strengthen a portfolio for college.
Silvermine’s campus and many landscape views enhance the experience of attending camp, with its many art studios, sculpture walk and picturesque pond with waterfall. We offer over 100 art studio sessions in ceramics, metal sculpture, painting, glass flame working, woodworking, mixed media collage, drawing, digital arts and animation to name a few!
Camps run in one-week sessions in the morning and afternoon. Combine AM and PM sessions with a lunch bunch (supervised lunch break) for a full day experience. There are 11 weekly sessions, the first session begins on June 20 and the last session ends August 26.
Silvermine consistently follows all CDC and CT State guidelines to keep students, faculty, and staff as safe as possible while continuing to provide world-class art education to its students of all ages.
